Hydroshield specialises in industrial water treatment servicing steam boilers, cooling towers, and cooling tower systems. Tozer and Co. completed a buyout of a retiring founder and assisted a husband and wife team to take control of the business with capital and expertise.

Tozer and Co. acts as a partner to the founders of a craft brewery, The Grifter Brewing Co in Sydney. We assisted in the launch, strategy, scale up and capital programming.

We are developing a regional pub portfolio which aims to invest in delivering a renewed, highly authentic and local experience for the community. The current portfolio comprises The Royal Hotel Tumut and The Criterion in Gundagai.

with market leading technology and logistics management. Tozer and Co. supported the IPO and remains the largest private investor in the company. We are strongly aligned with the founder, high quality management team and institutional investors.
